Fashion and Textiles
Fashion and Textiles at the University of Brighton is known for an exciting and energetic design philosophy, and strong links with the fashion industry. Innovation, enterprise and outreach are at the heart of all our work. Our graduates are employed in businesses worldwide and have established their own companies and design labels.
Textiles research includes cutting-edge textile technologies, sustainable textiles, as well as a strong tradition of the social and historical understanding of textile use and manufacture. We maintain strong links with industry in both our research and our textiles degree courses.
Postgraduate opportunities at Brighton include our MA in Sustainable Design and PhD study in fashion and textiles.
