Civil Partnerships? Queer and Feminist Curating at Tate Modern

As part of a Leverhulme funded project, Dr Lara Perry is convening a symposium on 19th May at Tate Modern, bringing together international curators and writers to ask whether queers and feminists can get along with the institutional art world, and each other?  On the evening of Friday 18th May, FAG (Feminist Art Gallery) directors Deirdre Logue and Allyson Mitchell will host an Axe Grinding Workshop - a ‘queer show-and-tell to fuel the power of the feminist kill joy' and David Hoyle will be leading a queer personal tour of Tate Modern's Collection
