The College of Arts and Humanities is working with Wave, the management group of Newhaven Fort to establishing a vision, values and programme for the Fort as a community and tourism resource.
Using an interdisciplinary place-making approach, piloted in the Re-imagining Valley Gardens project, which provides opportunities for involvement of students and academics from across the University, and with partners from across the region.
The College is currently in consultation with Wave, to produce ideas for one off events, programmes of work, research activity or imagine what a permanent University arts presence at the Fort may look like.
