Dr Katy Shaw announces launch of C21 Literature: Journal of 21st-century Writings

Dr Katy Shaw, subject leader in English Literature at the University of Brighton Faculty of Arts, has just launched C21 Literature: Journal of 21st-century Writings. A new online version of the journal devoted to examining the genres, forms of publication and the circulation of 21st-century writings.
Published by arts and humanities publisher, Gylphi, C21 Literature is seen by Dr Shaw as a logical development of the explosion of interest in 21st-century writings and the growth in book groups, university courses, and the development of online publishing.
Dr Shaw is Director of C21: Centre for research in twenty-first century writings, the first research centre dedicated to the study of literature of the era. It brings together an inter-disciplinary, theoretical expertise on the specific field of the intersection between creative and critical practice as well as contributing to developments in the fields of poetry, language, identity and the development of the Research Centre in Memory, Narrative and Histories.
