The Centre for Urbanism at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture in Copenhagen is organising a conference on the theme ecology and urbanism with focus on environmentally responsive practices within urban planning and design. Three invited speakers, Professor Susannah Hagan, University of Brighton; Professor Kelly Shannon; KU Leuven; and Professor Sébastien Marot, ENSAV Paris, will discuss spatial implications of environmentally responsive methods and strategies and ways to make use of the structuring and generating potentials of the natural environment.
The conference brings together practitioners and academics within architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture.
