A group of activists and artists, including members of the Design History and Material Culture Research Group, are re-making Picasso’s Guernica as a banner. Picasso's famous shapes have been re-created in textiles and through a collaborative process of making. The whole work is being collectively stitched.
The next public sewing will take place during the Resisting the New Racism discussion event.
