Introduction
This course provides an opportunity for students who have completed a foundation degree programme in media production to develop a range of critical, creative, technical and professional skills relevant to entering employment within the broadcasting industry at graduate level. Three specialist areas are available - radio, television or film.

Course structure
Areas of study
Modules are practice-based and utilise industry-standard equipment and software. The structure of our assessments, matched with our links with major broadcast media organisations, will allow you to experience working in industry conditions. You will graduate with relevant skills and have realistic expectations of employment opportunities.

Entry requirements
Foundation degree/HND
minimum average pass mark of 50 per cent.
Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge, understanding and practical experience of both the planning and production elements of radio and television pre-production, production and post production processes, principles and techniques.
For non-native speakers of English:
IELTS 6.0 overall, 6.0 in writing.
