Jack Dougall wins award with his tailored jacket.

University of Brighton Faculty of Arts undergraduate Fashion Design BA(Hons) student Jack Dougall has just scooped a prestigious prize in the Savile Row Training Academy, National Tailoring and Design Awards.
Jack receives a £1000 cash prize and will also receive £500 worth of fabric for his own use and a further £500 worth for use by Fashion Design BA(Hons) students at the faculty from Dugdale Brothers.
Fashion lecturer Lilia Yip said: “This is a great achievement for Jack and an accolade for him and the department as entries were invited nationally across undergraduate and postgraduate courses in fashion as well as being open to recent graduates!”
The award supports the tailoring trade and education providers through Savile Row standard workshops and awards.
