The Design Archives are pleased to announce a generous donation from one of the leading figures in design studies, Professor Victor Margolin of University of Illinois, Chicago. Margolins gift brings significant supplementary material to the holdings of the Design Archives. Author of key texts in the field and a founding editor of the journal Design Issues, Margolins posters and publications, although not a large collection, indicate the activity and evolution of a career in design studies and advocacy that spans several decades.
