Caroline Lucas has been a Green Party Member of the European Parliament 
since 1999. She sits on the Parliament’s Trade, Environment, Climate Change 
and Women’s Committees, as well as being the President of the Animal Welfare 
Intergroup, and is particularly proud of her political achievements for 
women, workers, younger people, older people and LGBT people.
