  • Jessie Higgingson's work is made form slip-cast semi-porcelain, hand-decorated with black inlay, sanded smooth, then glazed and fired to stoneware. Clear-cut forms and graphic patterns feature across functional range of flower vases and large bowls.

    After graduating from Brighton in 1996, Higgingson has secured Crafts Council and South East Arts grants, won or been short-listed for awards at New Designers and Harrogate and Chelsea Crafts Fair, featured in magazines and found outlets in Lewes, London and San Francisco.

    She moved to a studio in Cornwall in 2001.
