The Design Archives has developed and contributed to web-based resources since the late 1990s. Major initiatives such as Designing Britain, now accessible on the Visual Arts Data Service, paved the way for further work in producing and curating digital content. Images and other sources from the Design Archives are also accessible from Archives Portal Europe and the Archives Hub. The projects listed below stem from the wish to preserve and present significant design historical sources that while not part of the Design Archives holdings directly, certainly relate to them in important and useful ways.
