Second Year Show Part 1

The Second Year Exhibition (Part 1) brings together the University of Brighton's undergraduate Fine Art and Media students from a range of different disciplines at an exciting and pivotal point in their degree course.

The Second Year Show contains artworks from Printmaking, Critical Practice and Moving Image students. The Grand Parade galleries will be showcasing the conceptual breadth and aesthetic variety of the student's individual art practices. The exhibition is composed of selected works that reflect the excitement of artists in the early stages of their careers. This comes at an important time in the development of the student's work as the second year is a time when experimentation is encouraged and students explore a diversity of mediums. The combination of Printmaking, Critical Practice and Moving Image artworks create varied, thought provoking and engaging responses to the contemporary condition.

Opening times: Monday - Friday 10am-5pm. Saturday: 10am-4pm. 27 January 10am-1pm.
