Steven is co-founder and Artistic Director with Frantic Assembly whose aim is to make intelligent, thought provoking theatre that is most importantly accessible and entertaining. Director /performer credits for Frantic include Look Back In Anger, Klub, Flesh, Zero, Sell Out, Hymns, Heavenly and Tiny Dynamite (co-production with Paines Plough). Directorial credits include Underworld, Peepshow and Rabbit for Frantic, Service Charge (Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith) and Air (MAC, Birmingham).
