Big Bum Rocking is a fantastic percussive and dance collective based in Brighton. It fuses African grooves with Latin, Brazilian samba and Cuban rhythms. They are the source and the foundation of big beats, the funkiest group nationally, so don’t miss out, be there to dance and wiggle your bum.
Members of the collective have performed worldwide with Kanda Bongo Man, Remi Ongala, Kings of Rhumba, Clave y Guaguanco, Amampondo, Alan Skidmore, Carnival Collective, London School of Samba and Yiriba Baa.
Jam Tarts are a diverse bunch of singers performing an amazing array of songs from Zulu lullabies to Morrissey, from Baku chants to The Beach Boys, from cheery Scottish folky stuff to really quite miserable Leonard Cohen songs.
