Ragroof Tea Dance October
Ragroof are delighted to announce the return of their legendary Tea Dances to hometown Brighton at a new venue for the company, the Sallis Benney Theatre, University of Brighton, Grand Parade. The first date is Sunday 14 October, and as the days shorten and we head towards All Hallow’s, we are launching with something of a Gothic feel. Dust down your tuxes and your black lace gowns for a touch of Adams Family vampish glamour. Expect wistful waltzes, tormented tangos and haunted habaneras. Bittersweet melancholy may be in the air, but we will dance the cobwebs away… Join us if you dare. Absolute beginners and experienced dancers alike very welcome. There will be the usual Ragroof Tea Dance treats: a DJ for discerning dancers, our legendary instant dance classes, and a complement of elegant Ragroof dancers hosting the afternoon.
