Lunchtime concert. Philomel perform passionate secular and sacred Renaissance music from Josquin, Palestrina, Victoria, Rore, Lassus and Certon, featuring many of the same musicians who played in last year's David Munrow celebration event.
Emma Murphy, Philip Thorby, David Hatcher, Alison Kinder and Sharon Lindo will be singing and playing a wide range of renaissance instruments. If you’ve ever wondered what a shawm or curtal sounded like, this is your chance to find out!
