TRYGVE WATHENSHAW (pronounced ‘trig-vee’) is a multiple award winning New Zealander who studied for two years with Philippe Gaulier and is now based in London. He has created two solo clown shows, SQUIDBOY and KRAKEN, and also worked with Barnie Duncan as ‘Theatre Beating’. Trygve’s work is highly physical, using consummate mime skills to take audiences on surreal journeys of associative imagination.

SEAN MALLET is not a comedian and would not claim to be particularly funny. He is, however, a seriously accomplished fitness instructor and athlete trained in a broad range of disciplines, including Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga, and also happens to be a kick-boxing world champion. Sean will provide a 45-minute class based on ‘Chi Kung’ exercises at the end of every day to keep us grounded, supple and ready for the next day. After each of these sessions he will also be available to give one-to-one advice on fitness and health-related questions.
