technē students, supervisors and partners are invited to join us at the Florence Nightingale Museum for drinks, canapes and a chance to meet others from technē institutions and partner organisations whilst taking a look at the fascinating museum collection. The evening will be an ideal opportunity to meet other researchers connected with technē and to meet some of our partner organisations.

technē students are encouraged to bring with them a small object or photograph that represents their research as a conversation starter with other attendees.

The Florence Nightingale Museum celebrates the life and work of the world’s most famous nurse. Located on the banks of the river Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament, the museum examines Florence’s legacy, her influence on nursing today and the continuing relevance of her work.
