Women in Research

    Week view

2nd Nov 2020 1:00am - 23rd Nov 2020 12:00pm

To attend this course please book on Inkpath. Inkpath is an app available to all Techne students, if you're not already using please click here to find out how to get started.

Following this course women researchers will have a greater understanding of the impact of cultural and structural gender bias on their careers as researchers. They will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and learn from others. From this, they will develop the skills and toolkits to manage these challenges on a day-to-day basis and also to play their part in challenging gender inequality to effect systematic, cultural long term change; enhancing and improving their career possibilities and environments as well as those of the women and men who follow them.

This online course will run across four two-hour sessions: 10am to 12pm on 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd November 2020. You need to be able to attend all four sessions.
