3rd Mar 2021 10:00am-11:00am

Email techne@rhul.ac.uk to sign up.

In James Clear's book Atomic Habits, he talks about the potential of small changes to make significant impacts on productivity, motivation and wellbeing.

In this session we will explore how to cultivate habits that take you towards your goals and move away from self-sabotage.

This session is led by Dr Emma Brodzinski, who is a Senior Lecturer based at Royal Holloway, University of London. She is also a state registered therapist with a range of experience in adult mental health. She has developed a range of projects around student mental health – including ‘Breathing Space’ for Techne and the Phd Life Raft podcast.
