What Type of Imposter Are You?

5th May 2021 10:00am-11:00am

Using Valerie Young's model of the 5 different types of Imposter Syndrome, this session will help you explore your own personal success narrative. The workshop will enable you to identify how you can turn down the critical voices in your head and feel more confident.

If you use Inkpath please book in here, or email techne@rhul.ac.uk.

This session is led by Dr Emma Brodzinski, who is a Senior Lecturer based at Royal Holloway, University of London. She is also a state registered therapist with a range of experience in adult mental health. She has developed a range of projects around student mental health – including ‘Breathing Space’ for Techne and the Phd Life Raft podcast.
