Techne Writing Clinics

29th Nov 2022 - 1st Dec 2022

Anne Wilson and Katie Grant, who deliver lots of Techne's writing workshops, are offering 40 minute one-to-one slots to discuss any writing problems or challenges that are impeding your writing progress. This could include loss of direction in your argument; loss of confidence in your writerly voice, motivation-drain, writer’s block, procrastination, a paragraph that just won't come right or problems with editing. To make the most of your one-to-one, you'll be asked to email in advance:

  • thesis year and topic
  • particular writing challenges

  • what you would like to discuss in the 1-1

Please click the following links to book your place, slots are available on a first come first served basis.

29th November with Katie Grant (for researchers in Year 3 of PhD) - (FULLY BOOKED)

1st December with Anne Wilson (for researchers in Year 1 or 2 of PhD) - (FULLY BOOKED)
