This workshop is offered as part of a Techne Conflux, an extended training, development, exhibition or performance programme which aims to enhance research or intellectual skills, or facilitate the sharing of expertise amongst doctoral students in the arts and humanities.

Speakers: Prof. Rima Basu, (Claremont McKenna College), Prof. Herlinde Pauer Studer, (University of Vienna), and Prof. Gerald Postema (University of North Carolina, Chapell Hill).
The programme will be as follows:
From 2:00 to 3:00, brief discussion of Basu's, Pauer-Studer's and Postema's papers. The discussion will be led by Armando Romero, Ambrose Lee, Steve Bero and Veronica Rodriguez-Blanco.
3:15 to 4:00, discussion with Prof Basu.
4:00 to 4:45, discussion with Prof. Pauer-Studer
4:45 to 5:00 Coffee Break
5:00 to 5:45, discussion with Prof. Postema
