Philosophy as a Way of Life: The Work of Simon Critchley

CAPPE, the Critical Theory and Radical Politics research group and the College of Arts and Humanities were pleased to invite arofessor Simon Critchley. He is one of the leading political philosophers in the English speaking world today. His work ranges from from ethics and politics, to consideration of tragedy and comedy, and the politics of literature. Professor Critchley was a guest at the University of Brighton for three days in May of 2015. Those who participated in the attended a 5 month long reading course, meeting every two weeks, about Professor Critchley's work.
