On behalf of the Ryerson committee I would like to thank everyone from Brighton who submitted work. The show was a great success and lots of people enjoyed the visual juxtaposition between our work and yours. This was a great experience and I believe that our whole team benefited from the valuable curatorial lessons we learnt.

The Ryerson/Brighton exchange has been a very exciting experience. Collecting all the work from my own year gave me a chance to really see everyone’s work. It is also interesting to collaborate and connect with other photography students from across the world in Toronto. The differences have definitely inspired me to consider different perspective when working with photography.
