'Post-millennial Monsters'
Fred Botting, Professor of English Literature and Creative Writing, Kingston University.
Examining familiar figures of monstrosity in contemporary fictions and culture, the paper questions both the changing function of monstrosity and different generic texts' (from realism, SF, horror and gothic) capacity to generate adequate images of horror.
