Phillip Hall-Patch talks about his new work Salt Field, his thinking behind it and the role of salt throughout history in economic and cultural terms.
Dr Mary Anne Francis is an artist, writer and lecturer. She completed a PhD in Fine Art at Goldsmiths and is currently teaching BA(Hons) Fine Art: Critical Practice students at the University of Brighton where she also runs the MRes Arts and Cultural Research.
