Join artists, designers and academics as they explore themes relating to the collection, creation and context of posters.
Discover how historic poster collections are re-presented and re-displayed for a contemporary audience. Find out how today’s designers vary in their approaches to creating, making and communicating and explore the relationship between advertising, commerce and contemporary provocations in the context of urban spaces.
New poster work curated by students, staff and alumni of the Royal College of Art will be shown in the V&A’s Sackler Centre on the Friday evening.
